The three hour workshop will be taught by Mukunda and his consort Chinnamasta and will include a spirit talk, vinyasa, tantrasana, pranayama, mudra and meditation that are the heart of tantra's non-dual approach.

August 6-11 - Amsterdam - Ayurvedic detox retreat week: Chinnamasta is guiding a team of highly trained ayurvedic therapists and "cuisine chef devi's" during this 6-day annual retreat in Holland. This profoundly deep transformative week is only offered once a year. You will receive daily 4-5 traditional unique ayurvedic treatments/massages to detox, heal and increase "Ojas" or radiance. This is a 7 day Ayurvedic Yoga Sadhana program with optional Teacher Certification.The training will cover all practices of Mukunda's book, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy. The method incorporates Classical Hatha, Tantra, and Raja Yogas to form a continuum of training that integrated the five bodies (pancha kosha) model of yogic anatomy. Receiving teachings about dinacharya (daily ayurvedic personal rituals) and learning about ayurvedic nutrition are part of the sadhana. It is both profoundly practical and deeply spiritual. Open to all with yoga and/ or ayurveda back ground, the emphasize is on personalizing the sadhana from the book, with option for teacher certification.
