Teachings offered this morning will blend the personal experience of both and are based upon one of the books Mukunda has written " Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy". The morning will incorporate spiritual practice, Yoga Sutras study of Ayurvedic guidelines and vinyasas for each constitutional type (dosha), with a chai during the break. Bring your mat/meditation cushion. . Jan. 21-23 - Ojai, CA - Tantra Yoga Secrets - part 1: This weekend will present the foundation of Tantra practice and theory for singles and couples. Learning to find, contain and elevate prana will lead to experiences of the Spiritual Heart through tantric meditation. This leads to a feeling of communion to your own self. Mukunda and Chinnamasta are spiritual consorts who wish to reveal the uniqueness of each Devi and Deva. The practices shared are based upon the new book of Mukunda " Tantric Yoga Secrets, due to be published fall 2011. The retreat will be offered Fri 6 pm-8; Sat. 9 am-5:30; and Sun. 9am-11:30; Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of course fee of $240.
