I would like to offer you an opportunity to take advantage of my rich and diverse Yoga training. I have over 30 years practice in Classical Patanjali Yoga, 25 years of clinical Yoga therapy experience, taught hatha/raja/kundalini-siddha Yoga in 5 ashrams, author of two books and editor of 7 books on Ayurveda. You can ask me any question you like and I will respond to the group weekly. Topics range from Yoga therapy, how to do asanas without strain and pain, general advice on yoga practices; except meditation, and spiritual practices.
